Second review. The customer service is worse then I described in my last review. It took a review to get some action, the excuse of covid is not acceptable when it has nothing to do with the lies told by customer service. Have sent 2 emails and not one response in 7hours after they need my email to process my refund( which they have ) for PayPal. Still jo sign of a refund. This is beyond ridiculous. I have never had this much trouble with a company before and can't express how awefull it is to deal with them !
Our email is daily spammed from Andrew Christian. There is no unsubscribe process made possible direct from a link on their emails : Andrew Christian force customers to go through their user account to unsubscribe.
Yet access to my user account is not made possible, because the site says password is incorrect : after requesting of a link to change password, they say they send an email for the change, which actually they do not (either in reception box as well as in spams).
We do not like Andrew christian underwear products, which we found unwearable.
We can not stand their aggressive and nasty commercial policy.
We will never buy anymore to this company.

Quand on fait mot de passe oublié, le site AndrewChristian prétend envoyer un lien de renouvellement du mot de passe qui n'arrive jamais, même dans la boite spam. On n'aime pas du tout la forme des slips Andrew Christian que l'on trouve importables. Mais on subit la technique commerciale agressive d'Andrew Christian. On n'achètera plus jamais chez eux.

Horrible Customer Service !! Parcel never left their depot and they blamed everything on UPS. When asked to provide a screenshot of their tracking device they declined saying they are not allowed. When asked to re-send it they said they don't re-send abroad. The most ridiculous excuse I've ever heard!! This people just can't be bothered !!
Provided a refund less processing fee .. wait a minute - why shall I pay for your incompetence? Of course it wasn’t their fault either. This time they blamed it on PayPal. It takes 2 min to process a refund on PayPal. You just simply couldn’t be bothered.
Lies all over so no wonder your overall score is so low.
AVOID AT ANY COST !! SIMPLY NOT WORTH IT !!
Kind of surprised to see so much negativity here. I’ve been buying direct from AC for 6 years now.
I order a lot online, try on for fit, color, comfort, and then return what I don’t want. Lately less has been fitting but that’s on me and not the company. AC has always been very easy to work with on their automated side but their direct customer support line is superb. Not only efficient but empathetic as to whatever your experience or concern may be.
Recently I placed an order that ended up at my old address and was returned to sender. It’s been crazy busy for me lately but it took about 6 weeks to figure out what happened and then maybe another month to call. The rep got me my refund, attempted to locate the exact same order, and failing that gave me a solid discount to place a new order.
That kind of service sticks with you as it wasn’t their fault it went to the wrong address.
Thanks for giving this guy a chance to feel sexy, naughty and within my budget AC!

I’ve been buying from Andrew Christian since 2006. The designs are great and the underwear is comfy too. I was shocked to see how many negative reviews there are but then again, most people only write reviews when they have something negative. I would recommend you take these with a grain of salt because for the most part they seem to be having an issue with the shipping company, not the quality products. COVID-19 has jacked up delivery times. Personally, USPS, FEDEX, DHL, and UPS has lost or severely delayed getting my items. Recently UPS sent my AC order to my old address and then the order was sent back. I dreaded having to contact AC about it but they were so helpful and really nice about it. They resent the package and it arrived this time after I had to call UPS again. I have purchased so much over 15 years and this is the first time I had an issue and it wasn’t their fault. I’ve seen some complaints about prices. They aren’t bad because you’re paying for quality and sex appeal...if you have an issue paying $20 for a jock, then stick with your Hanes or Fruit of the Looms.
I had placed an order reflecting a 30% discount and moments later received a similar email with a 40% member discount. Robert was able to put my mind at ease and refund the 10% difference within a matter of minutes! Talk about a speedy resolution!
Even when I didn't receive my order due external reasons, they behaved professionally and assumed the responsibility and took care of the matter.
I’m a new customer, but Andrew Christian is definitely one of my faves now! My order came quick, and when there was a slight little mix up, the customer service was amazing! I just got my order in today and I’m about to place another! As a business owner, the thing I appreciate most about brands is the way they value their customers, which AC clearly does. Loves it!

Had an issue with an item missing on an order. I sent an email and the response time was fantastic with a resolution already in place. They couldn't get the item resent so they gave did more without me asking. They went above and beyond and took care of me without telling them how. Now a days company's do not so this! Never had an issue with the customer service here
I have been a long standing customer of AC for over 2 years now, whenever there has been an issue, they have always dealt with it promptly and efficiently..the customer service had been impeccable. I myself live in the UK, patience is always a virtue when on a monthly subscription service and as I work within customs declarations for the UK so I know what it's like to export and import goods as well as understanding the delivery times, it makes it more worth it's while in waiting. On my own separate orders through AC & UPS, I've sometimes received my normal order before my subscription. I'm going to remain a loyal AC Customer and look forward to more AC underwear each month. This isn't anything to do with sexuality as AC prides itself to serve every sexuality.
UPDATE: Expensive shipping and cancelled order without any notice. And I cannot use discount code, because it was expired. I still love the items that I have, but will not buy anymore from them, because of the bad user experience, little after when all was good.
For me and my friends Andrew Christian is the best brand. The underwear is extremely comfortable and sexy! The service is very good and the support team resolved any issues!

All of them are better. Addicted, pump, aussiebum etcetera. You will get better quality and better customer service.

They seemed cheap and the mystery pack is a fun concept. But it just doesn't work. I would recommend giving your money to charity, that would put your money to better use.

It takes far too long to get a response from them and then they're rude as if the one in the wrong is the customer.

It takes weeks and you won't get an answer. The answer you will receive is incomplete and you won't get a second answer.
